Hitman Card Game How to Use Vaulted Cards
Nine cards left the default deck. This page is how you get them back into a room without guessing the gamepass.
Vaulted cards are real Hitman Card Game cards that no longer sit in the default Casual mix. They are not deleted from the files — they are gated behind Deck Customization (499 Robux) and a room toggle. If you searched “how to get Eclipse” or “why can’t I find Reaper,” this is the page.
Default names still live on Cards. Custom room flags live on Rooms. Ranked Find Match ignores your custom pile — Vaulted does not follow you up the REP ladder.
How to enable Vaulted cards
- Buy Deck Customization in the Shop for 499 Robux.
- Create or join a Casual / Teams / Classic room you host.
- Open Customize Match and turn Custom Deck on.
- In Customize Deck, raise copies of Vaulted names from 0.
- Save the pile if you will reuse it (Save/Load Decks).
Hard rules Studio still enforces:
- At least one Hitman.
- Each type 0–99 copies.
- Total cards at least 11 (starting Angels do not count toward that floor).
Bots will play whatever you stuffed in. Public joiners see the custom mix only if they sit at your table with the toggle on.
The nine Vaulted names
Fandom’s current vault list (types in parentheses):
| Card | Type | Why people still hunt it |
|---|---|---|
| Festive Fortune | Chaos | Holiday leftover; chaos pile spice |
| Attached | Target | Shield still lists it as a blocked negative |
| Sun | Support | Pair with Moon/Eclipse themed chaos |
| Moon | Target | Same cluster as Sun |
| Eclipse | Chaos | Playing it while you live grants the Eclipse badge |
| Reaper | Target | High-pressure target tech |
| Snare | Support | Lock / stall lines in custom chaos |
| Slash | Target | Extra target pressure |
| Search | Quick Play | Off-turn information |
We do not invent hidden numbers Studio has not published. If a Discord patch retunes Attached, this table stays a name and type index until we can reproduce the new text in a custom room.
Badge hunting without ruining Ranked
Eclipse requires you to be alive when anyone plays Eclipse. Default decks will not deal it. Host friends-only, load a pile with several Eclipse copies, and do not queue Ranked expecting the badge — Ranked uses its own competitive mix (Pirate, Rewind, and Shield carried over from Teams).
Full House (10 types in one hand) is easier when Vaulted names inflate the type count. That is a badges project, not a REP project.
Is Deck Customization worth 499 Robux?
Buy it if you actually want Eclipse, Reaper, or a friends-only chaos table. Skip it if you are still learning Angel placement — extra Future and Skip in a near-default mix teach more than a 99-Eclipse meme pile. Chip payouts still track cards played, so a chaos pile can farm Daily “play cards” quests from how to get chips and teach you nothing about real tier list density.
Common mistakes:
- Enabling Custom Deck in a public Casual and wondering why joiners complain the table is unfair.
- Trying to bring Vaulted names into Ranked Find Match. Matchmaking ignores the pass.
- Removing every Hitman. The floor is one; the UI will reject the pile.
- Confusing vote cards with Vaulted. Redirect, Fake Shuffle, and Clone can still sit in Temporary/testing and might vault later. Those three are covered on Cards, not this pass.
What Vaulted is not
- Not a secret third ladder.
- Not a way to delete Hitman from existence (the floor is one).
- Not available in Ranked matchmaking.
- Not a Chip printer by itself. Bot-only rooms still skip the win pot.
Come back here when Studio vaults a vote card. The enable steps almost never change; only the table of names does. Patch voice-lines land on Discord first (updates, links). If you only wanted practice, stay on Getting Started and How to Play until Angel is muscle memory.
